MICROSOFT EXCEL is a spreadsheet. It has a grid of cells in numbers of Rows and Columns to organize by using arithmetic formulas. Each Cell has Name when you click on one cell it will show the name in Name Box. Name Box Shows on Formula Bar. You Can see On Image:
when we open MS Excel ! we can see that in bottom area. it's shows Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3 and one little icon (by this we can make more Sheets) also by these Sheets we can make different data on one File. Excel has Sheets is called Worksheet and one File called Workbook. we can also change the name of Sheet. Just Right Click on Sheet and go on RENAME type any word what you want to give your sheet name. This is very helpful to maintain any Record or Budget.
On Top, it has many tabs HOME, INSERT, PAGE LAYOUT, FORMULAS, DATA, REVIEW and VIEW. on Formulas Tab has many formulas we can easily apply on worksheet. These Tabs have Ribbons if we double click on tab (HOME) then the ribbon will be hide. Again we double click on tab then ribbon will show. we can also zoom in or zoom out in MS Excel this icon shows on bottom level where write 100%.
if we click on "+" icon then it will zoom in or if we click on "-" then it will zoom out.
if we click on "+" icon then it will zoom in or if we click on "-" then it will zoom out.
