To Make Table In Microsoft Excel
We will create a table who will show us a per day sale.
Firstly open MS Excel spreadsheet and we will fill the data in worksheet.
Type "Mall Name" like: ABCD Mall press Enter give the name of data here we are creating "LAPTOP PURCHASE RECORD". on next row! type Date, Customer's Name, Laptop Brands, Amount, Quantity and Total. Fill all rows and columns of data. When we type the column of Date we don't want to fill step by step just type one Date and click on cell corner and drag the cursor downward if Date will not show then click on auto fill options again click on fill months. Following Image shows how it will do :

We will apply formula in total column! cursor left hold and drag downward to take other values. Set table heading who type on left side take on center point by use alignment tool and mall name will merge on center of table it's tool also on alignment. For bold heading click on bold tool it is available on Font. we can apply border also just click on border and select any type of border style.
Now we will apply table on data. Take a cursor on "Insert tool" here two types of tables but we will select simple table. we also apply table by shortcut key (ctrl+T). before applying table we select the data where we want to apply table. If we select the heading of record then it will be not merge so we apply table just those things where are need. The image it is:

After applying the table we can check the record by laptop brands or Customer's name. we check it by click on icons who they just at sides of headings. The image shows us how it will work :

we also sort it by alphabets or color. Check record by select the things or to give bill for good service tax. As this we can create table in excel sheet.
