Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet in which numbers of rows and columns. It has sheets who we can see on bottom. Mainly 3 sheets are shows in a spreadsheet but we can create more sheet by click on Insert Worksheet. It is available just Sheet 3 at side. we can also change the name of worksheet by Rename.

          MS Excel has sheets so it is also known by Worksheet. A file of MS Excel is called Workbook.. More than one file called workbooks. Book 1 is show on top of spreadsheet as it is on Image.

    How we can open it?

• Click on Start or Window button. It is available on desktop bottom.
• Click on all Program then again click on MS Office.
• In MS Office has MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.
• Click on MS Excel and it will open.

    How we can open MS Excel by Shortcut Method?

• Same click on start button then we can see on top MS Excel will visible.
• click on it and open it by simple method.
